The Villa
A small house arranged around shade and water.
The plan runs from the garden path to the covered terrace, then back to two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the pool below.
Layout
Arrive through the garden. Stay close to the terrace.
The path brings you to the covered dining area, barbecue, and kitchen, which form the working middle of the house. The bedrooms and bathroom sit just behind that shaded outdoor room.
Below the living level, the pool terrace opens to the valley and keeps the outdoor space separate from the main rooms.
Rhythm
Each zone has a purpose.
The covered table, barbecue, and kitchen anchor the middle of the house.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom sit behind the terrace and kitchen.
The pool sits a level down, open to the valley.
Walkthrough
Read the plan from front to back.
The approach.
White walls, orange trees, and the first clear view of the house.
The covered terrace.
Covered dining and barbecue beside the kitchen, where most of the day naturally gathers.
The pool terrace.
Loungers, open air, and the hillside beyond the water.
Inside
The rooms stay close to the terrace.
The kitchen opens toward the covered table outside. The two bedrooms sit back from the stronger sun, and one bedroom catches balcony light from the garden side.
The plan stays compact: entry path, covered terrace, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the pool terrace below.
